practice called the Southport and Ormskirk
Musculo Skeletal Partnership. We are a
company Registered with Companies House in
England and Wales No. 05900840. We provide
Medical Reports for victims of Personal
Injury and Road Traffic Accidents.

- Solicitors, agents and insurance
companies can either instruct us individually or you
could instruct us as a group. If you instruct us as a
group the consultant who would be seeing your client and
providing the report would be on a rotational basis among
the four of us. We would cover each other during holiday
periods so as to ensure that you have an efficient,
smooth and quick service.

- We charge £300/- for a basic
report and endeavour to provide you with a report within
6 weeks of instructions. This is of course dependent on
the client maintaining the appointment for the medical
examination. We also require a signed request from the
client for release of report.

- You will have to arrange for
copies of medical records from the General Practitioner /
Hospital and X-rays / scans to be sent to us if they need
to be included into the report.

- Currently we see patients in
Southport Hospital, Ormskirk Hospital and Renacres
Hospital. We shortly plan to cover Rodney street also on
a rotational basis
