Mr. George Ampat,
completed his medical schooling from JIPMER,
Pondicherrry, India ( A medical school started
by the French in India). He subsequently
completed his Masters in Orthopaedics from
PGIMER, Chandigarh, India ( A premier central
government medical establishment). Following
arrival in UK he completed nearly 2/3rds of his
Orthopaedic Specialist training in Oxford. This
was followed by the final part of training in
Spinal Surgery at Nottingham.

Currently he works as a Full Time Consultant at
Southport and Ormskirk Hospitals NHS Trust and also
has admitting rights at Renacres Hall Hospital.

- His special interests are Spinal
surgery, Trauma and Lower Limb Joint Replacement Surgery.
He has acted as a medico legal expert for victims of Road
Traffic Accidents and Personal Injury. He is happy to
receive further instructions.
